Monet is an absolutely amazing floral shop. I used them almost 30 years ago for my wedding and for everything since then. Most recently, I again entrusted them to create the perfect scape for my daughters bridal shower. They were outstanding and the flowers were absolutely beautiful. I can’t recommend them enough. The truly amazing artistry of the floral arrangement that was created for my sister in law's funeral this past weekend is beyond appreciated. It's almost as if they saw the vision I had, but I couldn't articulate. Everyone, and I mean everyone, commented on how gorgeous the arrangement was.

Ben and Monet Floral are so wonderful! They created my bridal bouquets for my May 28, 2022 wedding in La Crosse. My colors were dusty pink and cream, and I told Ben that I also wanted greenery in my bouquet. My bridesmaids had the same bouquet I had, but just slightly smaller. Ben was able to get all the flowers that I wanted in my bouquet (plus more that made all of the bouquets look absolutely stunning!). Ben and Monet Floral exceeded my expectations and I'm just so grateful! Thank you Ben and Monet Floral for the wonderful experience!

Ben and Monet Floral are absolutely wonderful, and they created beautiful bouquets/boutonnieres for my bridal party and I for my wedding on June 25, 2022. The theme/color scheme was sage green, mauve, and succulents. I was worried about finding a business that would be able to use real succulents in the bouquets/boutonnieres, but Ben assured me they would, and they looked absolutely beautiful, and I was able to carefully remove the succulents and plant them after the wedding, and they are currently thriving! My husband and I are very grateful to all the staff at Monet Floral for the beautiful flowers/succulents and highly recommend Monet Floral! They were easy to contact, kind, friendly, and helpful, and we could not be happier with the service we received!

I'm sorry because I like to write positive reviews. My experience was sadly not a good one. I wanted to send a pretty arrangement to a special friend, who helped me through the death of a loved one, and I knew Monet could do it!
I saw an arrangement at Dahl Ford in Onalaska of beautiful long stemmed yellow calla lilies in a clear vase, done by the owner of Monet's. I was excited because I knew that my friend would love one just like it. So I called to order the flowers and said that I wanted long stemmed yellow calla lilies in a clear glass vase, like the ones I saw at Dahl's. The one who answered the phone sounded stressed. I tried to tell him exactly what I wanted, but didn't know the exact number of lilies to order, so I said "just like the arrangement I saw at Dahl's". He said he had only 11 lilies total in his store, and so I guessed to use 7. I called back and told him to use all 11, how ever many it took to look like the one they did for Dahl's. I also repeated what I wanted to one of the guys who does the arrangements. I didn't mean to be a pest, it was just so important to me that they made them with only the calla lilies and the clear vase, nothing else. (I was so worried that they would get messed up.). I asked for them to be delivered.
I was so excited to see my friend's reaction. He said that the flowers came after 4:00, but made no special comment otherwise. So the next day I saw them myself and I had no words. These pictures show what he got. Needless to say I was really disappointed!
The next day I took the photos in to Monet's. The owner said that he made both arrangements. He insisted that He gave me exactly what I asked for. Then he said that he would refund my money if I brought the other flowers back. I couldn't believe that he was serious. I told him I wouldn't use my time and my gas to go take flowers back from a friend. I never heard of customer service like this. The owner then followed me out of the store onto the sidewalk saying that he would call the police. Then he saw the name of my employer written on my shirt and said that he would "make a visit there".
I went to Monet's because I knew that they would do a beautiful job. Honestly I can only conclude that the owner was irritated with me for calling him multiple times, when initially making my order, so he could get back at me for bugging him. Plus, when the flowers did arrive my friend's birthday was almost over.
Like I said earlier, I'm sorry to write such a negative review when the initial flowers that I saw were so lovely!
(BTW, The cost of my flower arrangement? Just over $64.00)

I didn't think to send birthday flowers to my birth mother (we reunited about 9 months ago) until the morning of the big day. I looked up florists in her town and found Monet Flowers and Gifts- thank goodness! When I first called, one of the guys told me he was done delivering for the day, but to call the store and order anyway. Both gentlemen were so professional, kind, and fun to work with, and she had her gorgeous arrangement in less than two hours! These two really helped make her day special and beautiful. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!
