I cannot say enough great things about this office. Their professionalism and approachable culture make it a genuine pleasure to come in every time. Being greeted by Christina at the front desk and having treatments with Meg always leave me in a great mood. They have a great inventory of products and are always knowledgeable with recommendations for my skincare needs.

I’d only recommend and trust getting injected by Meg. She’s knowledgeable about what she’s doing and doesn’t try to upsell you with acne products or other useless injections you don’t need to meet a “unit minimum.” (Which was never disclosed my past two visits prior to this one) My recent visit was with an appointed injector. (because Meg wasn’t available) She suggested I inject my 11’s because I needed to meet a unit minimum (20) despite not wanting to do that. I didn’t even know what injecting my 11’s does and I told her I only wanted 15 units in my chin. (I always got around 15 units on my chin in previous visits) This injector only gave me 10 units in my chin because she thought 15 was too much.( I still have dimpling in two areas after the fact) The visit was very rushed in general which is ok, but she didn’t focus on my main target area that I originally came and asked for. I paid $300 for 20 units in three areas of my face, two of which I did not want. I never had problems before this visit until recently. Now I’ll have to pay another $300 just to fix my problem area with abt 2-5 units and find something else to do with other 15 units… which I wouldn’t have to do if my appointed injector listened to what I had wanted done the first time. On top of that, the injector tried to upsell me an acne 3 part kit that I did not ask for or want. I declined. I’ll take this as a lesson to let random injectors mess with my face and only stick with ones I trust.

I can’t say enough great things about Dr Chilcott and her fabulous staff! I have been a client for over 7 years and my skin looks amazing thanks to the special care and treatments provided by everyone at Morpheus Medical. I have referred so many of my friends and they too have become loyal fans!

Dr. Chilcott and her team are incredible. I always leave Morpheus feeling refreshed and well cared for. This is the only med spa I will go to and I highly recommend!

I have been coming to Morpheus for a couple years now and I cannot recommend them enough. Every person who I have seen there for Botox or filler has been great and I have always been so happy with the results!

I have been going to Morpheus med spa In Santa Rosa for the past 3+ years. The front desk staff makes me feel so welcomed and comfortable, I look forward to seeing all the knowledgeable and amazing ladies who work there. recently, I saw Dr. Chilcot for some Botox injections. She noticed some spots of on my face that looked suspicious. She was spot on diagnosing skin cancer. thankfully, it’s treatable at this stage. She is truly a lifesaver in many many ways. I also highly recommend Angie who works in Santa Rosa and their Larkspur location. She’s highly skilled and confident and everything that she does.

Julie was amazing with my lip filler, she explained everything super thorough, we started out with a half syringe, and it is perfect for my face. She was so gentle. I barely felt the needle at all and she just made the environment super comfortable I'm for sure referring Julie to all of my friends who want filler and I will be a loyal patient.
