Just had a facial and I’m beyond satisfied! The esthetician was super professional and gentle, and the entire treatment was incredibly thorough. From cleansing, exfoliation, massage, to masking, every step was done with care.

She tailored the facial to my skin type (I have oily and sensitive skin) and gave great advice without pushing any products, My pores were so much cleaner.

I had a disappointing second experience here. I initially spoke with a rep online to book a facial, and they asked for a $100 deposit. I hesitated since many places don’t require this, and they assured me it was fine and confirmed my appointment without the deposit.

However, when I showed up on time the next day, the front desk told me I was only scheduled for a consultation—not the actual treatment—and tried to push back my session. The staff seemed disorganized and inconsistent in communication.

Although my first facial here went well, this time the esthetician seemed rushed, left the room multiple times, and the extraction left my face very swollen, especially around the chin. The overall experience felt unprofessional and disrespectful. I won’t be returning. I hope they improve their coordination and service quality.

Came here for skincare and the the experience is good. They did a simple skin consultation first and the treatment started. The therapist is very gentle and professional, I feel very comfortable during the treatment. And my skin looks good after then.

I can’t believe I’m saying this, but yo girl is getting full and luscious lips for the first time!

No gatekeeping here, Mosa Medical Center made it as painless as possible for my hyaluronic acid lip filler treatment. It was honestly not that bad, maybe a 4 out of 10. You can get luscious lips in less than an hour with lasting effects up to a year!

There was a bit of swelling immediately after which is normal, but it all went away after waking up the next day.

And day 2 I could already put on just a touch of lip tint on my lips. This is your sign to get after that “new year, new me”!
