I had to wait over 15 minutes at the night outside checking window on my own in a dodgy area with homeless people walking through the parking lots. I was then told my reservation had been canceled. I had to then make a new reservation. Then the front desk person gave me keys to the wrong room so when I was trying to open the door to men came out angrily asking what I was trying to do. The room was old and dirty. The bed sheets were disgusting and worn and the pillows were like a rock. Will never stay there again

Loud, rundown, room was nowhere near as nice as the pictures, Between the train, the traffic and the people in the rooms around us we got little to no sleep. It felt unsafe and uncomfortable. The door didn't close properly, the hand bar for the shower was loose, and the bed was lumpy. It was only for one night, thank goodness. The office staff were nice when I let them know there was a man passed out in his car outside our door in the morning when we were leaving. If there had been some security, it would have felt safer. Nothing to be done about the horribly loud train, though.

Love the service… the ladies in the office are always cheerful and makes sure you know what is available to you… I drive all the way from California and love staying here because they are very friendly and rooms are always clean

Many (most?) rooms apparently don't have a fridge or a microwave. The pictures when you book show that they do but then nope. Also not clear is that the motel is like 50 feet away from a major railway intersection. So when the mile long trains roll through they politely blast their horns at 1 billion decibles just as they pass the motel. Which is a super awesome alarm clock if you like that kind of thing and need to woken up multiple times in the evening and early morning. The rooms are clean enough and the price is cheap enough so there's that.

Well normally service is typically great except for the third shift that kind of rude and don't try to help people but the morning crew it is awesome and try to go out of their way to help, prices are okay at times, I like the fact that they're dog friendly and don't charge extra for my dog to be with me but the cleaning crew needs to make sure that they clean a lot better there was feces on the shower head and aluminum foil stashed behind the smoke detector. Lots of fighting this time from the room next to ours which made it rough to sleep and get rested for work. But all in all it was ok and it's really hard to afford shelter and a shower nowadays. Thx motel 6

I needed to find a place to stay last minute for spring training. My stay was pleasant due to the staff. The manager, desk clerks, and cleaning staff all played apart to make the stay successful. I would definitely stay here again.

Not allowed to give zero stars… it’s tweaker city at this hotel. Had our Mountain Bikes stolen, they cut through a 1” lock. Found lots of drug garbage and paraphernalia around in the morning. DO NOT STAY HERE if at all possible, learn from my mistakes.

The neighborhood is filled with tweakers. We just spent 6 months in Mexico and within 12hrs in Phoenix (mostly at this hotel) we were robbed. I will probably never stay at a motel 6 again.

Downside there’s a train off grand. Flip side there’s a Dunkin Donuts next to the motel. They provide the basics towels and soap. The bed was pretty clean compared to other motel 6 I have stayed at. Very affordable I would stay here again.
