Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort is one of our favorite mountain getaways! We’ve visited a couple of times now, staying both in a cabin and a room. While the rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and offered stunning views, the cabin won us over - it felt like our own personal home in the mountains while still offering the same amenities!

The hot springs are absolutely incredible, offering a relaxing atmosphere with unbeatable views. We loved the hand-crafted smoothies and drinks available right by the pools - delicious and refreshing! The resort strikes a perfect balance between being family-friendly while also having adults-only areas, so you can enjoy peaceful, private time if that’s what you’re looking for!

Although we’ve mostly experienced the hot springs, it’s clear the resort offers so much more to explore. Dining at the on-site restaurant was great - dinner was fantastic, and breakfast was just as delicious! Coffee with a view you really can’t go wrong!

The pricing is reasonable, especially compared to other hot springs around Colorado. The day pass option is great, but staying overnight for the full experience, with unlimited back-and-forth access to the springs, is worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay in the creekside suite. Hot springs are very relaxing but it was some of their staff that really made our stay exceptional. Debbie checked us in and made sure we knew all the amenities and the best hot springs to check out. Dan was our server at dinner and made it feel like the perfect fine dining experience for us. And we loved doing morning water yoga with Sandy! She was so fun.

We made our annual anniversary trip here this past weekend. Our room in the Cliffside building was really comfortable and had great views. Sandy's aqua yoga class was super fun and engaging. The natural pools are really unique, but many lockers and the steam room/sauna were out of order. Some improved maintenance would be appreciated.

We’d been trying to make the time to participate in some of the activities at the Spa pool and today was finally the day! It did not disappoint. We enjoyed a great warm up and as the sun peeked over the mountains, we got into a nice flow. Sandie was a great water yoga instructor, walking us through the poses and sharing her stories. It was quite windy but a nice addition to reflect on the stirrings of the mountains and trees. Can’t wait to come back for another class.

It was very beautiful and serene. The staff was great and friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a real getaway from the busy city life. We love the cozy cabin and the picture perfect setting. It's almost from a fairytale. We all enjoyed the hotspring.

We asked for a 3 bedroom cabin, we got a 2 bedroom one. They couldn't move us for 3 days so I had to sleep on a pull out couch (very uncomfortable) and when they finally could get us the 3 bed cabin, it was the last day of the trip. The facility was poorly maintained and everything was broken. The internet had over the maximum devices and didn't work. They had a DJ come and play and he was terrible and you would hear it throughout the resort. The gas station had prices of $10 a gallon, and it cost over $250 dollars to fill up our car.

I’ve been visiting this hot spring resort with my family for many years, but after our most recent stay, I’m deeply disappointed to say it will probably be our last. The resort, which used to be a place of relaxation and enjoyment, has sadly shown a clear decline.

To start, the steam room and sauna were both not functioning during our visit, which was a major letdown as these are some of the highlights of the experience. The changing rooms were in poor condition too, with stains on the floor, which gave an overall unclean feel. Even the lockers were all broken, and the soap dispensers were either smashed or nonfunctional.

On top of that, they charged a 3.9% credit card fee, which felt like an unnecessary and unwelcome surcharge. When we visited the gym, my wife had an unsettling experience. A staff member approached her repeatedly, offering to "help" in any way he could. He even mentioned he had a room at the resort and implied he could provide some sort of personal service. To make matters worse, he went on to talk negatively about the resort and mentioned how jealous the staff were.

The overall atmosphere at the resort was off-putting as well. The staff was cold and unwelcoming—never saying hello or acknowledging us with anything other than a terse "What do you need?" It was a stark contrast to the friendly, warm service we've experienced in previous years.

It's truly disheartening to see how much the resort has deteriorated over the years, especially given that we've had so many great family memories here. This last visit has left us feeling disappointed, and it seems like the resort is no longer the place it once was. Unfortunately, I don't think we will be returning again.

Everything about this place is spectacular, the staff are all very friendly and amazingly competent. The setting is incredible and the infinity pool looking directly at the mountain is the best. The spa pool area is also a favorite with no kids it is a great place to relax with a drink or smoothie.
