I’ve been going here for years and Han and Don both care and run a professional business. Always happy with my nails when I leave. Everything sanitized and kept well organized. Great service every time.

I went to get a pedicure today and had waited about 15 minutes when a group of 3 women came in. They were asked if they had an appointment and said no. About 5 minutes later all 3 were taken back for pedicures ahead of me. When I told the staff I had been waiting over 20 mins they said I would be next and was very rude about it. I've always gone to them since I lived here but will definitely not be back!

These pictures are what I asked for on the left and what I received on the right. When I finally decided after two days of having these nails that it just didn’t come out the way the picture looked. I decided to go back in and ask for a color change. (Isn’t normally like me) but I have Christmas pictures and decided I should just do it so I wasn’t unhappy with them for those. They looked like Santa hats? .. The manager immediately started yelling at me screaming yelling at me and said “ I don’t care lady there is a nail salon on every corner just leave”. I left there shaking and in disbelief that someone in the service industry can talk to a person this way. I will never go back. Ever. And he’s right there is a nail place on almost every corner so if I can help anyone out and please don’t give this place your money.

Went there to get a mani and pedi before my vacation. I got a new guy apparently that had NO idea what he was doing. Didn’t even do my pedicure good at all and then when he did my nails they were all messed up. Never cut down my cuticles or shaped my nails. I told someone about it and she fixed it in a rush bc they were closing. Took way too much time out of my day and they knew I was disappointed and never offered me a discount or something for the horrible experience. Also, the guy that was doing my pedicure kept coughing on my feet

This place is great. I Have been going there for probably 20 years. And I have never had a problem. Everything is clean. I see lucky for my nails. They are all great there everyone is friendly and very helpful.
