I am a makeup artist that is just starting to get into the industry again. The last time I was at naimie’s was right before Covid hit. So I am learning about new products for myself and also my clients. Mary is the sweetest! She has a great personality and great customer service. My happy place! Can't remember a single time I've come here and didnt leave in a better mood. Haha! This is where I get my fix of Lime Crime, Kat Von D, Parian Spirit, Ben Nye and other brands that aren't available many other places. They have a big selection of beauty products along with Tools, lights and best of all, special effects! The prices are fair and even better if you have an account with them. Staff is generally friendly and helpful although there have been a few times were some of them are rude and snooty. Return policy isn't the best, but, oh well. Parking sucks so it's best to go at odd times. I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys makeup!

I have to rave about Rafael. I can’t express how light and genuine is energy is through the phone. He’s helpful, thorough, and provides the best customer service I’ve ever gotten from Naimes. Fabulous place for the show biz make up profession or anyone needing quality supplies. There are also stores on the bottom level that sell wigs and supplies (like hair dryers, curling rods, and all that kind of stuff, though I've only passed by and never gone in that place). Parking is limited, but prepare to be amazed at the selection in these stores! My gifts from here never fail to bring extreme happiness!

Amazing store and very knowledgeable staff. All the great makeup artists shop here. I also ran into some of my favorite soap opera MUAs there. Stood around and talked shop with them and the manager. Wonderful experience each time I go.
