Came here because its know for its variety in salon products and good sales. But was disappointed to come in and mostly all store products had no price. It's not that difficult to put up price tags, they had the staff to do it. The store isn't so busy and they had food parking.

Really bad customer service We spoke with the manager downstairs we tried fixing the issue then she told us that we had to come and return it within 60 days so we understand that and we were continuing to shop around then we went to one of the cashiers and the Manager told the employee what did they say and then I told her to mind her own business because we were not talking about her and she yelled in front of the customers telling us and we didn’t like the customer service that we can leave the store! That was really rude but then I called and I spoke with the boss he was really friendly !!!!

Prices are good but the customer service is the worse . Girl from the register and the barber guy always seem to get bother if you ask for help even if their aren’t busy and just standing there gossiping. Music is loud and with heavy profanity. This has happened to me more than once too.

Not impressed. I called at noon with a couple questions about their barber chairs and got one word answers, no personality. No big deal, sounded like they might have what I want so I arranged to get off work early to go there and look. They close at 5:00 and I left work at 3:30 to make the hour long drive to get there. I called to make sure they would be there till 5:00 and was told they would be closing early because it’s Friday. The fact that I was a customer headed there to possibly purchase 8 barber chairs was of no concern to them. Horrible business practice.

Just want to share the bad experience I’ve had in two separate occasions with this “diva guy” named “Daniel” apparently he’s too good for customers service, has a horrible attitude and responds with sarcasm I did bring it up to his manager and he had the nerve to tell me in front of her “did I tell you to come up to the register!? No right!”
I told him well you’re the only one in the registers and he points out that he was doing something else and his job isn’t customer service.
The manager told him Daniel calm down because of how rude he was acting. I also notice the owner sitting outside I mentioned to him I would let him know what kind of employee he has and he responded “Go ahead his a nice guy” like saying there will be no problem he’s to nice to discipline him.
The first time I let it go but this 2nd time I realized Daniel is just miserable with his job.
I’m a “PAYING CUSTOMER” and it’s unacceptable to be treated with that kind of “DISRESPECT”.
