I sent her a text message for an appointment & she responded promptly (in 2 minutes, I was surprised). We did a consultation by sending her pictures of my hair & the style I want. She was very knowledgeable & explained to me very well, how the process will go & the realistic outcome. On the day of the appointment, she was ready & waiting for me. Even very willing to come earlier so that she can take her time on my hair. She was very nice & welcoming, made me feel very comfortable & relaxed. My hair turned out perfect. She definitely knew what she was doing. Every step, she explained to me & showed me how my hair was looking & made sure I was satisfied. At the end of the session, she even did a mini pictorial for me which was so cute haha. And the cost! For the quality & service she provided, I would say it's worth EVERY penny. I was expecting to pay more. She showed me the computation & explained the costs. Actually, since consultation, she already gave an explanation on what the price range would be depending on what we might have to do on the day itself. She was very transparent. Overall, I will definitely only trust her with my hair from now on. I am glad I found an honest & talented person who I can entrust my hair to.

Natalie did an amazing job!! She was communicative, clear, and attentive to detail. She takes time to listen to what you want and the different methods or variations that’s possible. I asked for color correction and something really natural and blended. Before your appointment she’ll ask for pictures of your hair and inspiration so that she can plan exactly how to recreate it in a way that compliments you best.

She uses quality hair products and even tried to send me home with product to help the color last longer FOR FREE! The final look is going to be an inspiration reference for myself moving forward, especially now that I know it’s possible. I’ll be going to her for as long as I live here. I couldn’t be happier.
