Stopped in yesterday to pick up more candle melts and 1924 products. As I was sniffing the candles, the associate at the cash register mentioned they had Fraser Fir in the back and could snag one for me if that’s what I was looking for. Indeed I had planned on grabbing on if they had them available, so I was very impressed by her ability to offer it without me asking and taking the time to get it labeled while I continued to look around. They also helped me get linked to their rewards system as well.

Beautiful store. The smell is relaxing the styles are incredible. The alpaca wear is worth the purchase and then some! Art work and pieces and even REAL cactus! Do NOT grab a real cactus it will hurt (personal experience).

Awesome place to buy gifts or home goods! Lots of local artists are featured here too and there is a wide variety to choose from. The candles are small-batch made with clean ingredients - which I appreciate a lot because I don't get headaches from their products!

When you go through the doors of Natty West, you feel like you are at home! All the employees go above and beyond to help you and make you feel like you belong there. I am in a wheelchair and so I have experienced first hand on how shops make you feel not welcome because one may be different, but at Natty West, they include everyone! I’m glad they opened and I hope they continue to thrive! Also, Jen and Hannah are amazing at what they do and are great people!
