Great experience, love how Jovanna knows skin and provides great advise vs automatically suggesting aggressive treatments. Also love her knowledge of lash extensions, was very happy with both my new extensions, facial, and new skin refining results. If you are looking for a dedicated, genuine and passionate esthetician, Jovanna is your girl! She's very attentive and knowledgeable about what she does! After years of trying to get my face cleared up with no luck, thanks to her recommendations and treatments, I finally have been able to get a good regimen going and was able to clear up my breakouts! She is so thoughtful making her more than you're average esthetician, believe me when I say she goes above and beyond to make sure every and any service is done with love and care. Jovana Flores welcomed me in with a friendly smile!! She asked me different kinds of questions to accurately categorize my skin type and figure out which products will help me with my skin. She took care of all my needs, her hands are healing!! You can truly feel the love she has and puts into her craft!! Jojo is the sweetest. I am relocating and needed to find someone to lash me like my hometown girl did and she did just that. She communicated great prior to my appointment and was able to fit me in her schedule the same day I messaged her. I would highly recommend her for lashes but I’m also looking forward to trying out some of the other services she offers.
