Don't order from this company! Absolute WORST company EVER. Too bad they don't have a negative star rating. I placed an order totaling over $300, they charged my credit card and after FIVE months of contacting them over and over telling them I never received the product, I was told they never processed my order. Over the course of the several months of contacting them I was always told everything looked fine with my order and that it was being sent. When I emailed the last time complaining that five months was not a reasonable amount of time to wait, they finally actually researched the order and thats when they realized they had never processed my order. Their response to me was that they are very busy and mistakes happen but they would process the order and I would have it in two months. NOT A CHANCE. I requested a refund and was told they would process it according to their terms. I told them the mistake was theirs and that I expected a refund within 7 days. Here we sit seven days later and no refund. I just emailed them and they said they have 21 days to issue the refund. Seriously? After just giving me the run around for five months? Don't waste you time with this company, they took my $300 dollars and never sent the product.
