This place makes 10 appointments for a one-time slot. Have u waiting for more than an hour to get called to the room. Once you are in the room you wait another 30+ minutes to get seen. You tell them what's the point of having an appointment at a certain time if they call you in hours later. Their answer "I'm sorry". How about you don't schedule a thousand appointments in a day and maybe you won't have us all waiting all dam day to get seen.

My family and I had a wonderful experience with the doctor. We were very pleased with the service and the price for 2 pairs of glasses is very reasonable. I didn't get the names of the staff that assisted us. Esmeralda and the other staff member were very helpful in choosing the right fit for us. Thank you

Title: Disappointing Experience - Overpriced Eye Clinic

I recently had a rather disappointing experience at this eye clinic, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. The main issue I encountered was the exorbitant pricing, particularly concerning a one-year eye contacts trial.

I was charged a staggering $1890 for the trial, which seems significantly higher than industry standards. The lack of transparency in pricing left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of. It's important for potential customers to be aware of these costs upfront to make informed decisions.

Moreover, the overall experience with the doctor and staff was less than satisfactory. Communication regarding pricing was unclear, and the staff didn't adequately address my concerns. The doctor seemed rushed and didn't take the time to explain the reasoning behind the high charges.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend this eye clinic due to the excessive pricing and lack of transparency. I hope my experience serves as a cautionary note for others seeking eye care services. Terrible 😞

They diagnosed me with an eye disease last week, attempted to ask some more questions about it. Doctor Listened for a mere minute or two and was getting up and leaving in the middle of me asking more questions. I get that they’re busy but at least try and address patient concerns after having just dropped some important information on us. Of course, this isn’t to say all staff there is poor but the Doctor (Kaye) brushed my condition off and maybe it’s the desensitization of working in the field for so long. Please do better!

To people looking to come to this place, I suggest you look elsewhere if you would like care that is more comprehensive. One good thing though, is that they are able to schedule you rather quick. Take that how you will.

Went to Natural vision in Madera this office the staff was very Pleasant and nice.And Dr Kaye very explanatory and professional they are taking care of my eye needs thank you guys. Would definitely recommend this place.
