Naturscent -

I haven't physically been there, but have purchased quite a bit. I first time we bought from there we were on vacation(1992)...we popped into a gift shop in Cripple Creek Colorado. When you opened the door to the shop all you could smell was the Mulberry Potpourri. I don't even remember if they had other fragrances on hand, but I'm sure they did.....If I recall our first mail order was for more than a dozen bags of the same. Lately my purchases have been more towards their Refresher Oils. They have great holiday fragrances too.

Ordered there years ago and got a defective product, they wouldn't replace it when I contacted them. Decided to order again in 2017. Ordered two items, the Refresher Sprays (Mulberry and Honeysuckle). The Mulberry Essence wasn't nearly as strong or fragrant as they made many years ago. The honeysuckle fragrance smelled terrible and I threw it away. I didn't ask for a refund because they wouldn't refund me when there was a problem before. It was my mistake to give them a second chance. I shouldn't have ordered from them again. I was extremely disappointed and will never order from them again... A waste of my money.

I use their refresher oils. These are amazing!!! If you get these oils use one spray before spraying more because they are so fragrant just the way I prefer. For an example my grandmother in law was in the nursing home and you know how they smell so I bought her a pretty dish, potpourri and oil in the exotic fruit fragrance to see if it would help. When I took it in I was pouring the potpourri into the dish and it was very fragrant and her daughter said it smelled beautiful while she was opening the oil and before I could say anything she sprayed 3 sprays onto the curtain lol the nurse from the other end of the hall came in sniffing and said they smelled it down the hall. Lol thankfully these oils smell amazing. Nothing better than having my home clean and spraying some mulberry essence, exotic fruit essence, muscadine essence or around the holidays their beautiful holiday essence. You must try their products. I have never in my 53 years found anything fragrant as these oils. Cant go wrong with this company.

I finally received my purchase from NaturScent! It took longer than a week...more than expected. However, it was WORTH THE WAIT! OH MY GOD!!!! THE WONDERFUL SMELL IS OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! THANKS NATURSCENT! At first I thought that I had gotten scammed, but now as I think about it...it was worth the wait! THANKS NATURSCENT!

I have been ordering from them for over 25 years. I'm finding that the fragrance is getting less and less. I'm using more and more oil to get the same effect I used to get. I've noticed every time they change their formula. I really hate that.

Have always loved your scents. Now that I can find you on line. Its even easier. I have a new home, your scents are all I want in it. Thank you so much for making wonderful quality products D.C .HOUSTON TX
