Makes no sense got here at 9:40am on a Saturday the hair store was NOT open … WHY put on your website the store opens at 9 and u not here … CAME BACK AT 10 and its still not open … Like ion get it please make it make sense . This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This is the second time I've been here the first time I got a wig that I didn't really like the color I wanted to exchange it for a different one she would not do it I understood so I left it was whatever. Today went in I bought a wig that had baby hairs I asked her to cut the lace she cut the lace and all the baby hairs I told her I didn't want the baby hairs cut but because I already bought it she would not exchange it because she already cut the lace as well. When I buy something I like to get what I paid for. This place is a joke.

This quant ✨location has most things you would hope to fine when seeking a new hairstyle: wigs, hair extensions, hair treatments 🧴and other accessories such as jewelry💍, sunglasses, 💄 makeup and the owner was very helpful when I ask for her help. I would shop there again!🙂👍
