An insane amount of detail goes into the craftsmanship of these knives. The knife blocks are a custom piece of artwork! So many colors to choose from on the selection of handles. It's like the Bentley of the knife world.

This is the coolest shop! It has all kinds of fun guy toys. Pens, tomahawks, cast iron, cutting boards, magnetic knife blocks, knives, knives and more knives.

Very happy with our wood handled knives! Over the course of two years we purchased the entire set(photo attached). We even went as far as custom ordering our steak knives. We went with custom wood on an eight piece set. They are beautiful knives that always get compliments. Be forewarned, if you custom order anything from these guys, it will take much longer than what they guarantee. We had this issue arise and the dates kept getting pushed out, along with a refusal to respond at one point. Anthony was kind enough to tell me just how annoying I was to keep calling about my $1200 order of steak knifes. Other than that, you will be pleased with these knives!

We purchased a number of knives from New West Knife Works and Mountain Man Toy Shop. We brought our knives in to be sharpened. One of the knives had broken at the tip. Even thought we did not bring it to their attention, they fixed the blade when they sharpened the knives (all at no cost)!! It was a great surprise to receive the knives back in better condition than when we dropped them off -- sharper and repaired!
