I ran cross country through college where my coaches wife worked at the Oklahoma School for Massage and was our teams massage therapist. As a result, our team received hundreds of massages from all kinds of students and therapists. I still run and massages are a necessity to keep up with the strenuous miles. Cassandra at Nirvana bodywork gave me hands down the best massage I have ever had. I’m a big fan of deep tissue massage but there are times I tense up due to tight muscles. Cassandra would take my hand and shake out my arm to remind me to relax so that each area she worked actually received the therapy it needed. When I left I felt so good and that relaxed state lasted throughout the week. I can not recommend highly enough!
