I had the most amazing experience at Noor Aesthetics! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism. The spa itself is beautiful—immaculately clean, modern, and so calming.

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every detail of my treatment, which made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The level of care I received was exceptional, and they truly go above and beyond to ensure you feel pampered.

I was particularly impressed with the results! My skin has never looked better, and I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and confident. The whole experience was top-notch, from the initial consultation to the follow-up care.

If you’re looking for a med spa that combines luxury with results, Noor Aesthetics is the place to go! I can’t wait to return for my next treatment. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying usually I wouldnt write such a review. Noor Asthetics did not honor a complimentary facial I recieved because the girl who gave it to me forgot to put an expiration date on it, BUT waited to tell me AFTER I booked an appointment for botox so I canceled over the phone. They stated it would be refunded within 3-5 days it wasn't, called again they said the same thing, I waited again, NOTHING went in person was told the "drs" had to do it & that they would that day...THEY DIDNT, called again & again & again called 23 times over the course of 1 month because Yasmin, Caylee, & another young lady kept dodging calls or making more excuses. Finally after one month! They stated their "computer systems were down so the drs had to write you a check for your refund."
I'm so glad that I didn't get any services done by a place that lacks professionalism & common courtesies. I will say the girls at the front who I spoke to were nice over the phone & never rude, & I as well was upset but was never outwardly disrespectful, but the lack of accountability at a newly established location by these "drs" is insane.

8/19 I got a VERY apologetic phone call from Noor Aesthetic offering the complimentary facial I was originally supposed to recieve after leaving this review. That if I'm honest, I'm not sure I would have gotten if I had not left this review. While I appreciate the apology and the efforts to remedy this, I would have appreciated these efforts more when they were holding my money hostage for one whole month.

Maddisyn was amazing. She is like a surgeon when it comes to giving you what you want. Very knowledgeable as well. Shea super nice and attentive I would highly recommend ro anyone amd everyone please try her you won't be disappointed

Front Receptionist Melissa was awesome she offered me water as I waited to see my esthetician for a mini facial. Lauren, I believe was her name, she was amazing! She asked if I had any questions, explained to me what she was doing, great arm massage, took care of my face with love! I will be recommending this place to my friends/family!
