Karen cut my hair ugly
Told her an A-line with bump
She asked me if I wanted layers , I told her I didn't know
She asked about length and I said not too short
She cut hair, asked me if I wanted to blow dry, I said yes, like duh, she blow dried
I asked her where the bump was, and she proceeded to cut it dry to create a bump
I still did not see a bump or an A-line
She charged me $25, said if I wanted some one else to fix it, they would charge me $25 more. I waited for someone else, she explained to me how the cut is supposed to be and such. I feel like Karen should've explained that to me, it's her responsibility as the hair stylist. When the other stylist was explaining and i was talking, she started arguing with me. She had another customer and was arguing right over him, unprofessional to say the least. She tried blaming me for not telling her what i wanted (when I did)? I left very unhappy, I literally cried in my car.
