Alterations service are second to none, if they are open service is available, 5 day lead time, actually reasonably priced... hemmed and tapered pants in 4 days over New Years and they look and fit GREAT

Okay store. Selection has gone downhill for years. Selection is getting more limited each year. Specials and events are NOT what they used to be. ALL prices are higher than competition but service is usually better. You can find (and they will order) things you won't find in other stores. Men's fragrance department is exceptional.

Shopped with wifey for Christmas gifts on Dec 22, 2019. Pleasant shopping experience --- we do this every year. Started early and finished in 4 hours, including lunch at the Cheesecake factory. It's a great mall with everything mainstream with specialty stores...even a Sock store? Plenty of room at the mall to navigate and walk around, but parking is tricky.

Diane was very knowledgeable when she helped me with a suit. Great staff here. Joe the tailor learned in Italy and really knows suit alterations. An art that is hard to come by these days. Definitely coming back for the next one.

I normally dont review stores but have to rave on Nordstrom a bit. I came in for a shoe shine, only to find out only Fashion Valley Nordstrom has it (for only $3 by the way, not counting tip). It's right before my graduation so was a bit disappointing, albeit my fault for procrastinating. I wish I got the name of the fella but he offered to shine them himself for FREE. Did an excellent job at that so high kudos to you good sir and hope you get a solid Christmas bonus and rewarded for going above and beyond.

.ake sure you stop by for a cease salad with salmon and cheese crisp, great with a cup of coffee and cookie. Girls at the make up counter are very helpful. Ya they are selling but they didn't direct me to some product that I didn't need.

Truly amazing employees, took their time to help me find the perfect boots while keeping within my budget! Not pushy at all, just extremely friendly and helpful. A very pleasant store to visit!

Nordstrom rocks. Fantastic service, clothing and shoes, etc. The service each time is phenomenal, basically spoils you compared to the alternatives. Hard to beat this place. Customers for life.....! Jessica D shout out for her service!
