This is the third medical supply company I have dealt with since starting CPAP three years ago, and it is by far the best. Amanda and Terri, the respiratory therapists I have interacted with, have provided me with exceptional service and care. They are extremely knowledgeable and up to date about the various machines, masks, and equipment available for obstructive sleep apnea therapy, and they go out of their way to ascertain and meet the needs of their patients. They have been a pleasure to deal with.

What started out great ended poorly. These folks are great at informing you that they'll bill your insurance. What they dont confirm is if you are IN network or OUT of network. Referred persons beware as I learned only after $1100 were billed out of what should have been less than $100.

They were not very friendly or sympathetic on the return for the device. Instead, it felt like I was just an inconvenience to them for wanting to return my equipment. They weren't interested, and a manager nor anyone involved really came to even apologize. They did, however, work hard to ensure the person in the lobby didn't overhear my complaint and that I left as soon as possible.

I'd recommend shopping through your insurance for supplies prior to coming here. It sounds like prices may even be cheaper..

After a broken ankle, we were sent to get a knee scooter. We had a bad experience with service at the Belleview company in Moscow and came over to get a knee scooter under my approved supplemental insurance coverage. Although Northeest didn't think it was covered they worked with us to contact our insurance and try even though their paperwork didn't agree with our insurance agent. We were very impressed with their willingness to help and make our situation less stressful. This is the 3rd experience with them. They know the equipment, they care, and they try to make our medical anxiety lower just by their willingness to help.

Brutal, business. They told me my cpap mask and nasal pillows would be covered by insurance then when they were not they charged me more than 10 times what the same product sells for on Amazon; claiming these are "insurance prices". Blatant theft, go anywhere else or shop online, dishonesty should not be tolerated.

Northwest Respiratory has gone above & beyond to find the right Cpap machine for my husband! After 2 sleep studies, he was dreading the thought of putting anything on his face, but therapist Amanda Hess took time & her incredible expertise & patience to explain the need for Cpap & find a mask that was comfortable, along with adjusting him to the needed machine & it looks like success! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly & helpful with all our questions & needs. We can’t imagine you’d find a better place than this!

They told my partner that they would help them get their CPAP machine covered by insurance by making sure they were meeting the required usage and every time they went in to check on things they were told that everything was looking great. Today I found out that they NEVER met the requirement. I'm furious and we both feel like we've been lied to. Make sure you get printed proof for everything from them because apparently they can't be trusted.

Billing is terrible. Bills never show when they bill to insurance, what insurance paid. Only what you owe! Never clear on what you are paying. They sent me 3 different bills within 2 weeks! Mess I am still trying to reconcile with my insurance.
