Maggie should get 10 Stars! I started my skin journey at Novum several months ago now. The Esse product line is what brought me there initially. Thankfully after years of searching for healthy skin care I do absolutely love the Esse products and the improvements in my skin. I am also so very thankful to have found Maggie! Her knowledge of skin, products and overall health are amazing but she is also the most caring and kind person you can ever hope to meet. Maggie is fantastic! When it comes to self care I only trust the best with taking care of me, & Maggie is one of those people. I have super sparse brows & symmetry is important to me when trying to manage my difficult brows & she knocked it out of the park. I now spend less time getting ready in the morning & my brows are twins! Anyone who comes for a service from Maggie is in the best, most caring hands.

Probably one of the best facials Ive ever had. Maggie is absolutely wonderful. She was not only a pleasure to converse with she was very thurough when it came to my facial. She made sure to check on me as we went to make sure I was still comfortable during my appointment but also made sure I was comfortable with the pressure she was applying. My skin has never felt so hydrated, soft and it's definitely glowing. I can't wait to book future appointments with her.

I saw Maggie a few weeks back for a lash tint and lift. I wanted something to give my lashes a little extra, but with much less maintenance than lash extensions would be. This did the trick and lasted about 4 or 5 weeks. Will be scheduling again soon!

I would like to say that Maggie made my first facial treatment relaxing and enjoyable. I didnt know what I had in store but this service by far exceeded expectations. I felt relaxed and cleansed after my peel and massage and I will be adding this experience to my monthly routine.

On top of all of that Maggie was professional, friendly, educational, and accomaditing. (Even let me choose the music we listened to during the session 👀) I learned a lot, had a great experience and cant wait to schedule again.
