I went to Luz Eras launch party and met Hilary. She has such an infectious personality! She’s so warm and welcoming, you automatically just wanna be friends with her.
I purchased a laser package for under the eye, everyone that had purchased a service got a really cool gift bag full of very useful Obagi products. I had never used their products before so I’m loving them!
When I went to my scheduled appointment, Hilary was very honest with me and telling me that the laser for under the eyes wasn’t going to really benefit the concerns I was expressing about them.
She spent over an hour discussing all of the concerns and desired outcomes I would love to see. She then refunded me the money that I spent on my package and told me that it would be more beneficial to just budget a little bit more and get the procedures done that I really want and need. She had a great analogy of sweeping before you mop!
The next day she sent over a detailed email of all the options I would benefit from and the prices. It definitely got me excited and motivated to “sweep” before I get “mopping” lol
Hilary spent all that time on me without payment and I got to keep the Obagi products!
I will definitely be using her going forward with my anti-aging journey!

Unlike other places I’ve been, she took the time to really listen to what I wanted and made sure the placement was perfect. Hilary is amazing. She has been managing my skin care since 2020 and I won't go to anyone else. I went from always wearing makeup due to insecurities to only wearing sunscreen on most days with so much confidence. I am constantly receiving compliments on my skin. she has transformed my skin and ultimately, I gained confidence I never thought I'd have. She makes every appointment so much fun, and I always leave with a huge smile on my face. she takes the time to answer my questions and provides knowledge on every single treatment she does. She is hands down the best!

I had my second service today with Holly and I can’t say enough great things about Luz Era Aesthetics, she knows her stuff like really knows it!! She listens to your concerns and comes up with a game plan. For someone like me that doesn’t know much about this stuff I love that I can lean on and trust her expertise to tell me what to do and what not to do. She gives you options and thoroughly explains them. You can’t help but leave your service feeling great one, because she’s hilarious and so sweet and two, because you know you are going to look and feel great! Definitely won’t be going anywhere else!!!
