The customer service at this Oakley store is impressive. Luke is seriously one of the most knowledgeable individuals around when it comes to Oakley lens options and purpose. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to truly understand the differences between different lenses, besides that they look cool in different colors to come to this location and chat with Luke. I have been looking for snowboarding googles for quite sometime. I was able to try on the goggles with my helmet (it is also an Oakley). This really helped me find the correct goggles based on fit versus pure looks. If I had gone off looks alone without truly trying them on, I would have purchased the wrong fit, and would have been uncomfortable. There was no pressure at all to purchase anything during the discussion with Luke. Will definitely return! Thanks Luke for your knowledge, your time, and overall experience.

I had a disappointing experience at the Oakley store due to the poor customer service I encountered. The staff member on duty seemed to lack both experience and product knowledge, which made it difficult for me to get the information I needed. Instead of being helpful, he had a rude attitude that made me feel unwelcome. It was frustrating trying to ask questions, only to be met with dismissive responses. Overall, I left the store feeling dissatisfied and undervalued as a customer. I hope they can improve their staff training to provide a better experience in the future.

Went there to change my lenses about 15 minutes ago and the guy was completely careless about my lenses and accused me of scratching them after I tried to wipe the scratch with my shirt when he had already acknowledged the scratch. On top of that he struggled a lot to put my lenses on which surprised me because last time when I originally purchased my Oakley glasses they changed the lenses very carefully and advised me to do so if I ever tried to change them. But they also told me I could come back to the store to change my lenses. I came back with the new lenses I had originally purchased to put them on the frame with no scratches. Very disappointing because now I have a few scratches on my lenses.
