The best store. The Owner and Employee are the best, they help you with everything you need. Their wigs I love to get bundles as well. Even their prices are lesser than any other store. The employee always greets as well and leave the biggest smile on my face. Very respectful and the store by far best the cleanest I’ve been at.

I went to this particular store to buy $290 in lashes but needed to use the restroom the black lady with a Jerry curl told me go to the Mexican restaurant because boxes were in their restroom so I took my Monet across town to UNI BEAUTY SUPPLY.

I will never step foot in this store again or any of their locations! I was wrongfully profiled and the store clerk gave a half ass “oops I’m sorry”. I’ve come in this store many times before and never had a problem. I’m not sure how there are cameras in the facility and she couldn’t verify the information she was given “the girl in grey sweater” before accusing me. The area she accused me of being and taking something from, I had never even been by. Stood there and shacked my pockets out and shirt to prove I didn’t have anything! WHEN ALL SHE HAD TO DO WAS LOOK AT THE DAMN CAMERA! It’s 2025, instantly thinking it’s the black girl in the store is sad, ignorant, lazy and ridiculous. I have never been so embarrassed in my life and there was no proper apology.

They carry just about everything for hair care and facial products. Management is friendly and eager to help. Prices are competitive. If they don't have what you are looking for they will try to get it in stock.

This store has everything you need.
Which is why it gets one star.
However, the store is very crowded.
On top of that the cashier didn’t greet us whenever we walked in. She was also on the phone. This woman didn’t even greet us as we put the items on the counter she rung up our items and gave us the bag. No have a nice day, thank you, nothing.
It was just flat out rude.
Because why?
If it wasn’t for the fact that I don’t know the area and I’m not from Florida. I would have simply left the items on the counter and walked out.
This is not how business should be conducted.
&& I didn’t appreciate it.
