The store had pretty everything I needed. I gave it 3 star due to one of the young ladies working in the store behind the counter. She was having a conversation on her cell phone, talking loudly and the profanity she was using was shameful. The owner was not in the store at this time. I can say the owners are fairly nice.. one bad apple spoils the bunch. This store will be my last resort. visited on 1/1/24

Oasis Beauty Supply 3 has a great selection of products, but unfortunately, the customer service is severely lacking. I spent over 30 minutes searching for items, and despite multiple employees being present, they were more interested in playing and flirting behind the counter than assisting customers. It was frustrating trying to navigate the store without any help.

While the variety of products is impressive, the poor customer service outweighs the convenience. Unless it’s an absolute last resort, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere or ordering online instead. Disappointing experience.

I spent 20mins in the store looking for good quality hair extensions. Was told by the owner these are best quality. To my surprise when I got home and took them out they are very broken in length. They are 16" not 18" they also are not real human vigin remy hair. Some of the strands melted the second my flat iron on low touched them. Do not trust their opinion on hair they obviously do not know what good quality is or they just wanted to rip me off and take my money to get rid of some bad quality products they sell. The brand is Rio hair Brazilian. Do not buy it.

Buyers beware, especially if you have cash.
My friend went into this store and purchased some hair for her daughter. Her total was $100 plus tax. She counted out $120. The lady behind the register kept her money and say she didn't give her $120.
If you're going to the store I will be very careful. These people are crooks and they are scamming people out of that money.
If it's not a must I would definitely go somewhere else and buy your hair products. That way you don't have to worry about nobody scamming you right in front of your face. Be very AWARE!!!!
