**GO TO THE HIGHLANDS BRANCH** Im a melanoma survivor. I have been in remission for 23 years, underwent several surgeries, and spent a year on interferon. Recently I had concerns about a mole on my back. I went into my appointment and my doctor told me SHE doesn't see any mole. (Like I made it up?) I called the highlands office to get a 2nd opinion and was there a 11 days later and not only did they remove the mole I was concerned about but removed a SECOND mole that appeared high risk. Over the summer I had 2 moles removed at this office and they told me " if you don't hear anything for 2 weeks no news is good news." 5 WEEKS LATER...I received a call that the moles came back high risk and needed to go back in to cut more out. As happy as I was to do so...don't tell someone no news is good news and call 3 weeks after your "All Clear" window. If you make an appointment with OV Dermatologist see Dr. Scott at the Highlands. Very thorough. Very professional.

After waiting over a month, after seeing 3 drs at 4 different offices over a 3 week period, finally I got my daughter (4) in. I unfortunately and accidentally ended up at the wrong office and. After apologizing several times for the mix up, the receptionist smarted off to me. She then complained to me about how another office put my daughter's insurance in wrong (as if I can control that). Then the dr. didn't want to listen to anything. According to my daughter's pediatrician they were going to do allergy tests. And that i was doing everything correctly. This dr. said I was doing things wrong and wasn't using any of the right stuff. She disregarded nearly everything I said. She refused to listen to anything and basically treated us as an obstacle in her way. She also said to get Sara and put it on my daughter's trash for the itch. My 4 yr is screamed in pain and said it was burning. I thought no way... later I applied a bit to my skin just to see what it did, and it burnt. Needless to say, the pediatrician will be receiving a phone call any this office and also be asked for yet another referral to someone who is competent. This is not ok.! So not recommend and will be complaining to the manager Monday. !

My husband has been an established patient for years. I called to see about getting him a refill and possibly an antibiotic which the doctor told him when he saw her in December to call if needed. Remind you he has a followup appointment in October. I was told that they would not call him in any prescriptions because he has not been seen recently. But, yet they cannot get him in until September. As I explained to her his rosacea was going into his eye. She didn't care. So, would I recommend them NOT AT ALL!!! IF THERE WAS A ZERO STAR RATING THAT'S WHAT I'D GIVE.

Very unorganized!!! They have changed my appointments canceled appointments and had me drive over an hour away for a procedure. Then cancelled my appointment to get the stitches removed and basically said I was on my own or I could wait 14 days for an appointment but she also said I needed to remove the stitches before then, so basically they said I was on my own. Her option was to go to a quick care facility and pay them to remove the stitches. Unbelievable!!! This was the Zanesville location BTW.

My daughter got a referral from her PCP to have her leg looked at. Best experience we have ever had going to a doctors office. Everyone was so kind and patient, got us back to our room very quickly. Very professional setting all of my concerns and questions were answered. I will always recommend this office.

Had an appointment Monday, was told they would call in a prescription by 5pm that day. I called the pharmacy Monday and Tuesday and they hadn't received anything. Sometimes simple mistakes happen, I'm very patient. Wednesday and Thursday I left two messages with two different people about my missing prescription. Thursday she finally said Friday they would definitely get it sent. Friday came and still no prescription at my pharmacy. Will not return, or recommend. My prescription isn't urgent, but after a whole week of waiting and being patient I'm irritated.

Horrible. Given wrong information, poor care, terrible bedside manner, no information when given a melanoma diagnosis, no opportunity to talk to the Dr except for the super quick hack job he did on my leg, the PAs (all wonderful, I have to give them that. The PAs are really nice) did everything except the 30 seconds it took him to slice a 5 inch by 2 1/2 inch section out of my leg. They even do the closure. Do yourself a favor and drive to another practice or take my friend's advice and go to Plastic Surgery Inc. I have never felt so humiliated in my entire life. Sharing my experience today I heard 3 separate horror stories. Don't, just don't. Having cancer is hard enough, being treated less than human makes it harder.

These doctors saved my life! I was diagnosed with malignant melanoma at the age of 30 years old, and without them acting fast, I could be dead. They are a very busy clinic and work miracles daily.
