I left this place a really good review after my first few times here, but after visiting this place many times since then, I can’t help but notice the staff. They act like they’d rather be anywhere else, and that serving customers is an inconvenience. All I did was ask for advice and the guy acted like even needing to talk was asking too much of him. Ive spent way too much money here to justify tolerating that. Not coming back. They got plenty of customers they won’t care.

Honestly, the best group of people I have gotten to know! I have been a customer for a few years now, Not only are they Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products that they sell, the employees there have carry a positive atmosphere and I appreciate coming into a place of positivity! You guys are awesome !

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They have helped me make my mind up on several things there and they have a ton of stuff. They also have great deals with their sale items. I love just walking in there cause of the way it smells. Usually in there about once a week and will continue to go back

Absolutely love this smoke shop! The customer service here is top-notch - the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Not only do they have a fantastic selection of products, but their prices are unbeatable. I'm constantly impressed by how they keep expanding their inventory, offering something new every time I visit. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience!

Bought a vape that was a brand I typically don't use. I was traveling and in a rush, once I was on the road I opened it to find that it was a dud. It did not work at all and I wasn't returning to the area for another week.

I came back and explained the situation, the woman at the front counter was rude and claimed they made everyone test the vapes before leaving the store but that was not the case for me. She begrudgingly replaced it for me but was obviously not happy to do so. Won't be back due to poor customer service.
