Paid $55 to book a massage through ClassPass. The business immediately canceled it. ClassPass won't refund the credits and my membership expires tomorrow so I'm out $55. Thanks, Opulence.

What they are not acknowledging is their poor administrative abilities to block unavailable times. I spent $55 which I can't get a refund for because they didn't handle their admin. They may not understand how booking platforms work. Please, hold yourself accountable.

I don't go for massages often if I can say at all. So, I still get pretty anxious despite it being a place to relax/decompress, but Opulence was such a welcoming, cozy intimate space! Kathleen worked with me and everything she did was perfect. We tried to work out some knots in my shoulders and she hit the pressure and time without it being uncomfortable. Will be back to continue the process 🖤
Forgot to add that some places use really strong fragrances that burn my nose but whatever they used here was lovely.

hands down the most underrated spa in long beach!!!

i had the monthly membership package which included a full body massage and a facial for an affordable price. i had been going to Opulence Spa for about a year before i moved states.

Marissa and Kathleen have always went over the top to take care of me in each session sending me home feeling blissfully recharged.

Marissa (facials) is an absolute queen with skincare! each time she customized the facial routine based off of the condition of my skin and what it needed at the time. i have gone in to see her with several breakouts and wake up the next day with them nearly gone. i have also gone in with clear skin and she still somehow managed to make it look even better.
i cannot recommend a regular facial from her enough!

Kathleen (masseuse) is so sweet and is always very considerate. i can honestly say she is the best masseuse that has ever laid hands on me! her massages truly sent me into a state of tranquility each time. i deal with a lot of neck pain and lower back pain - she had no problem ironing it out - leaving me smiling from great relief when i walked out the door. she has hands of an angel!!

Booked an appointment for a massage and it was cancelled like 10 mins before the appointment, at which point, I was already at the location. This is bad business practice. There was no one at the location, which tells me that they were not busy, they just wanted to go home. Probably won't give it another try.

Do not spend your money here if you buy something on Groupon. Didn't know what kind of business that does this but you can't go on regular days as a paying. They have an appointment online for December 3rd since I have a Groupon and I'm not paying cash or credit I have to come on December 13th.
