The store's bright, colorful atmosphere is appealing; however, the selection of hair is limited, and customer service was lacking. Pricing for wigs and hair extensions is excessive compared to competitors across the bridge in Columbus, GA, where better value is available. While the braid hair is reasonably priced, the overall product range is insufficient. Furthermore, a safety hazard exists due to floor obstructions, and staff inattentiveness is evident, as employees were observed socializing rather than assisting customers.

My experience I encountered during my recent visit at your location. Unfortunately, the manager's actions and attitude were incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Not only did the manager fail to show any courtesy or respect, but it became very apparent that they were not concerned about my needs or any issues I raised. This lack of care has left me feeling disrespected and unheard, which is not the level of service I expect from a business that I have trusted.

I truly hope that this feedback is taken seriously, as it’s important for customers to feel valued and respected in any service environment. I would appreciate it if steps could be taken to address this matter.
