So we were walking by and the window displays grabbed our attention. We ended up inside browsing. The prices are no joke BUT you get what you pay for! A member of our group was drawn to a very nice jacket. He ended up getting it and loved it! It was a very well made jacket. Evan at the store was very professional and awesome to talk to. Overall a very cool store!

The service at this particular store is also exemplary. Special mention to Evan, the top-notch store manager, and Chandra, the wonderful clerk, who both assisted me with an exchange and the acquisition of my new perfectly-fitted lambskin jacket.

The products get 5 stars. I love Overland's quality and style. I have several coats, rugs, and accessories of theirs and love each one. This store has inattentive sales staff. Not even a greeting as we walked in. Walked around, and no one asked us if we needed help. The employee was sitting on the counter and couldn't bother to help anyone in the store. I'll stick with the Santa Fe store where the employees are awesome and attentive.

I gave them a good review a while back But, yesterday we went into the store and purchased a Scarf and Blanket. The scarf was around $230.00 and the blanket was around $170.00 plus tax together $440.00. So When I asked a few questions about the scarf They were answered in hesitation and the employee seemed bothered by me asking questions, Then I asked if I could purchase the Blanket that was on Display in the front window the employee Chandra said to me "You did look at the price of the blanket, right?" Like lady I don't care about the price one bit I want the blanket. I guess my style didn't belong in the store, I was wearing a black shirt, denim jeans and a gold chain, and my Gold chain cost more than the fur coats in the store! Regardless of any of this, we still purchased the products, I am a very calm person and bit my Toung, but this has been bugging me a bit today. Don't judge a person by the way they look, and dress. Excellent quality products & (if possible) even better customer service! I came in 10 minutes before closing (eek) and was having one heck of a day, the two women who were working were SO kind to me and so helpful with an exchange/return I had to make (just for an incorrect size issue on my end, the boots were amazing). Bought the Men’s Hubert Wool-Lined Waterproof Leather Boots, the boots were truly beautiful and also look like they would be great in the snow. Very high quality and they seem to be very sturdy, warm and durable! Nicole handled everything so well, even gave me her card and said she would take care of it all. Highly recommend Overland as a brand but even more I recommend this location. 5 star service, if Nicole reads this - thank you so much!!

We came into Overland last week to try and fix a hat that had changed its shape and gone wonky. We were surprised to receive a completely new hat at no charge! Isaac and Kevin were the most helpful. Super nice. We are very pleased by our visit and will absolutely be back.

Absolutely love my sheepskin bomber jacket; I have a lot of nice jackets and this is the highest quality and most iconic. Excellent craftsmanship and high-end materials. Worth every penny!
