I have been wanting to start facials for a while and have been researching places. Someone had recommended Kayla to me and she is great! I have been struggling with acne for a couple of years, switching products and etc. FINALLY I’m happy with how my skin looks. She takes her time to look through your current products to see what ingredients are in it. She had me switch out a few things and the results have been amazing! I have also started doing facials with her monthly and I absolutely love the progress of my skin. My breakouts have been very minimal with the help/recommendations from kayla. I am blown away and couldn’t be happier with my service. I went in for a Deluxe Facial which is 75 minutes and includes a neck and decollete massage. I have combination/oily skin and no major problems (acne or scarring) so I didn’t see much of a point to these kinds of services before. But Mrs. Overton completely proved me wrong. I realized after this facial that I was totally settling with my skin. I told her the problem areas I wanted to focus on which are my blackheads/pores specifically with my nose and well, the results speak for themselves (if you can excuse the closeups of my nose). I’m basically pore-less now, the texture of my skin is so smooth and I have this natural dewy glow. To be fair I didn’t see these results out the gate, it took overnight and couple of washes. Also, because I got an extraction for the blackheads, I was a little red in the nose for a day or two.

As for the service itself, Mrs. Overton provides this cute little robe to wear, a headband, and uses a heated bed so you’re very comfortable during your service. I honestly fell asleep during the massage part, it was so good. She’s totally transparent, you can ask her any question from what’s in your products to what’s this mask for? At this point, I don’t have to wear correctional makeup anymore unless I want that super glam model look. So, all in all, I’m definitely a regular now. I can’t really go back to my skin before, not when I know it can be so much better. I can’t imagine what Mrs. Overton can do for people with problematic skin.

Even before my appointment was booked she took the time to ask questions and evaluate my personal needs and helped me pick which treatment would be best for my skin. So, I booked a signature facial and a teeth whiting treatment. Similarly, she went the extra mile asking about my current skin care route and what products I was use. And, made some recommendations on minor changes to reduce build up in my pores. Overall, my experience with Kayla was extremely enjoyable and I often recommend her to other people and friends.
