This foundation went on my face feeling dry. It did not cover my rosacea. They have a vague refund policy as well.

So we the consumers are liable for any decrease in the product’s value resulting from the usage of the product beyond necessary. This is their way of when you send a product back, they tell you, “ oh sorry you used too much and we can’t refund you!” And are they going to resell a returned product to another consumer? I mean especially after Covid? I would think this would be unsanitary, unethical and illegal! Why are they worried about the decreased value of a product returned?

Also they send you a return/exchange form and you return the product(s) at your expense! Won’t be buying from this company anymore.

I ordered the sample cards to do a color match prior to buying the foundation. The samples were very small and dry so I didn’t get a great idea of the color. I also used the online quiz a photo program. I ordered the first foundation, I was way too dark. I ordered a second foundation and it’s orange. I’ve tried to contact the company for return options but for some reason the website won’t accept my email. In addition to the issue with the color this foundation becomes very shiny after about an hour and my face looks greasy. I also feel like the coverage is pretty shear considering the amount of product you use.

The makeup itself is a DREAM. It is like a magical serum that covers, conditions and smooths out the surface of your skin ...and COVERS age marks. My only issue is the small amount you get in that sweet little bottle. For the money, I was hoping for more but it's seriously the best make up I've ever tried in my life.
