You shouldn’t have replied to my review with more lies. You had my medication. My insurance confirmed it was filled on Thursday, the day before I came. I asked the customer breathing down my neck to please step back. I could see her creeping up on my left side, listening. You allowed her to listen, which is a violation of Hippa. I also HEARD YOU TALKING. I also understand about my meds. I called you out on only controlled substances having that issue. You didn’t like that. Funny how the pharmacy I already switched to wasn’t suprised by your behavior. And if your employee hadn’t made a mistake on the first place, since insurance had to call and switch because it was filled Thursday. You’re a liar, and I am not intimidated. Sorry to disappoint you.

I was excited to be with a local pharmacy after we moved and had no issues until I tried to pick up an ADHD med on Friday. They told me they didn't have it in yet. She spoke to pharmacist about when would come in, and since they were only a few feet away, I asked him just to tell me. He gave me this long spiel about how they were in Denver, they didn't have their allotted amount yet, etc. I didn't understand because I was told it would be filled. He told me I could go a few days without my medication. The entire time, another customer had violated the rule to stand back by the sign. By the time he said this, she was so close to me I could see her out of the corner of my left eye. I asked her if she could back up. She said yes, and then didn't and tried to talk to pharmacist. He told me I could get my medications elsewhere for talking to customer like that. I went to pay for the ones I was able to pick up and heard him talking about me to her, which is a clear HIPPA violation. I told him I'd be reporting and he said "nowhere to report" like he doesn't answer to the pharmacy board. I had the ADHD med sent to City Market. A few days later when I called to see if there, she said OUR INSURANCE wouldn't fill because Palace Drug had filled on 1/16 - the day BEFORE I'd come in. So they either made mistake or he lied. Everyone else at Palace Drug has been so nice, but I will not be giving them any more business.

Very friendly and efficient. Very fast, no long lines to wait in. I moved all my Rx here from other big box pharmacies. They don’t have a drive through, but they will deliver in town.

When you go in store, the folks at Palace are wonderful. However, their services for phone calls and the app they use are absolutely abysmal.
I have been using Palace for only one month, and so far I have NEVER been notified when my prescriptions are ready. Today, I called to ask for my prescriptions to be delivered as I am very ill today, and I gave a credit card number to pay. After 4 and a half hours of waiting, I finally called back and they were "shocked" that it hadn't left the store yet. They also had misplaced a prescription of mine, and assumed I had already received it. Unless this notification and phone-based customer service improves, I will be returning to my previous pharmacy.
