Long story short, I went to Mantha to get a refresh of highlights and came out with chemically damaged hair. It was horrible. I went back and had a hair mask done and was sent home with “sample” hair care products. My hair was like straw and broke off easily. I had to wait until my hair was able to have color done and so i went to someone else to try and fix the awful, horrible job that was done by this salon. Never again will I ever go here and I do not recommend it to anyone else. If I could give it a zero or negative star review I would.

I have been a client of Julia's for 7 years and she is the greatest! She is so kind and always is up for any style or color. She consistently gives me wonderful cuts and color. My daughter goes to her as well and she does a fabulous job. I highly recommend Julia and any stylist at this salon.

I started using this establishment roughy 8 years ago, until I had issues with scheduling (I was never able to get an appointment). Consequently, I found another salon/stylist for the last 3 years now. Recently I was told how wonderful Pamper You was, so I decided to give them another try. This weekend I have a formal event, so I figured I’d make my appointment early (2 months out) and get my hair done. My appointment was set for last Saturday at 11 am, I was called and woken up at 7:15 am telling me my stylist had a migraine. I was upset and worried and explained my situation, but was very cordial. They assured me they could now do my hair today, Tuesday at 6:15 pm. At 1:20 pm they called me to cancel again, stating my stylist was now “sick”. At this point I was very concerned knowing my formal event is in 4 days. The lady on the call kept telling me to “breathe, just breathe”, she will see if another stylist can do my hair. An hr later a stylist calls to ask me what I need done, how long my hair was and if it was thick. She told me she’d see if she could make time for me and get back to me soon. At 8pm this evening she calls to tell me she couldn’t move anyone around to accommodate me and she’s sorry. As I appreciate the stylist trying to accommodate me it wasn’t her job. During this whole fiasco I was never contacted by a manager or the owner of the salon. I can’t believe that there is no back up in place for situations like this. Now I have a formal event this weekend and my hair looks terrible! I will never be making a new appointment at this salon and my family will be finding new service elsewhere.

They take individual care and work hard to make sure you are happy..
They are a little expensive. But my hair is so soft and feels so much better. Medicine is a hair kiler but the products she gave me as samples made it better in one treatment...
I can hardly wait for a perm

I had a wonderful experience here! The staff are extremely friendly. The atmosphere is relaxing and you truly feel you are at a dayspa. Loved the nail technician. She is talented, has a great personality and uses great products. Enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back!!!

Mantha goes out of her way to make sure she understands what you want and treats you like family. When you get a haircut they offer a complimentary scalp massage. Aveda products are the best and the stylists help you pick the right products for you but don't push them on you at all.
