Horrible experience!! The person at the front was extremely rude and wouldn’t let me speak. Crazy crazy office. Will never go back or recommend. Perhaps he’s a good doctor but his staff is the first impression

I went to one appointment and the treatment did not work. I have called over ten times and left messages with NO REPLY. But they have sent my $25 co-pay balance to an agency that seems to wanna talk every day. So. . .

The office has been mediocre at best. Dr. Ligresti is great but he is far overshadowed by the horrific customer service. Alicia the esthetician is the absolute worst individual I have encountered. She is rude and mocked me when I had a question. Some of the office staff is newer from what I've seen and the newer people are nice. They also have a problem with billing. Charging me multiple times for the same visits. Keep your receipts and make notes on what you have already paid. They need to send the other people there especially Alicia to sensitivity training or get rid of her. I will be sure to find another doctor's office.

I didn’t feel valued as a client here during my first and only visit. The receptionist was curt and the medical assistant (older lady) was just plain rude for no reason. I felt like a dollar sign instead of a human being. It took more time to fill out the BS paperwork than it took with the doctor, whose bedside manner also needs improvement. Will not return or recommend. Very poor patient experience. Wished I went somewhere else.

Very nice guy but extremely stuck in his ways. I went with a mild case of rosacea. He gave me two topical creams, and a list of foods to avoid. I used the creams but within the next 2 weeks it caused red spots and bumps on my face. Next appointment l brought up these concerns and he just told me to keep doing the same routine. Didn't even look at the new concerns I brought up. Wouldn't recommend.

I had a skin rash and the doctor took very good care of me and made me feel that I was important and luckily my rash was just a. Rash and he gave Prescribes medicine medicine that worked and I was very happy that I saw Doctor ligresti.
