I like Pavillions Bakery. Love their sourdough round and I have them slice it up. So soft and fresh! The best turkey sandwiches 🥪 are made with good bread. Just had sandwich made at Whole Foods Deli with a sourdough roll to split with my Mom. It was tasty but the bread ruined it because the bread was so freaking hard to eat. They also have spectacular looking and such pretty cakes! Haven’t tried one yet for taste but will update if I do.

I was overcharged on an item, then shortchanged when I requested the price adjustment. The cashier was flustered and rude, made comments under their breath, acted like I was in the wrong, and generally made it clear the whole incident was bothersome to them. I was extremely uncomfortable and felt unwelcome here because of this person.

I have been shopping here for almost 19 years. Seemed to always have all the items I wanted. This morning at the deli counter I tried to get some items. I have a speech impediment. Some times I have to repeat what I say so others understand. While trying to get something and had a hard time pronouncing the employee began to laugh at me. I don't like when someone goes out of their way to make fun of me. I left my cart and left. Good bye Pavilions Calabasas.

I’ve tried so hard to give Pavilions West Hills a chance but their quality control is terrible. On several occasions, I’ve come back home with food that was spoiled despite it being before the expiration date. Today, I purchased filet mignon from behind the counter, got home, and realized it was spoiled. It had a strong foul odor. On another occasion, I purchase bread (that was before the expiration date), opened it the same day, and found mold. On yet another occasion, I purchased baby formula (which is kept behind a locked cabinet), got home and found the can was already open. The list goes on. Pavilions overcharges but can’t guarantee good quality products. The only good thing about this place is the staff. Terrible, terrible, terrible quality products. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.

I went to the West Hills Pavilion store today and I’ve never felt so disrespected and cheated before. While checking out cashier LISA helped to check me out I said hello she said it back with no eye contact no big deal but there was something obviously wrong with her you could tell in her face she didn’t want to be there or something was bothering her. What I can’t stand was when she handed the bag lady the scanner to scan my cases of soft drinks the bag lady scanned one too many and she even let LISA know and LISA just brushed it off and said it’s fine without even looking into the matter. Then I had to wait and go to guest services to resolve the matter. You should be ashamed of yourself cheating people out of money especially since groceries are high enough already. She needs to take some customer services classes for something so simple as just checking to see about a mistake and to be a little less uncouth to customers even though is was silent rudeness. I’ve been shopping here for more than five years and never felt this way about the store. Completely unacceptable

I'm tired of paying for groceries that are bad. From produce, to packaged items, to raw meats/fish. Lately, it seems that after every grocery run something in the batch is bad despite being well before the expiration date. Overpriced groceries is difficult enough, overpriced groceries that are not edible feels like I'm being robbed. I've returned a couple items, but it's uncomfortable and annoying having to keep going back. I think I'll take my money elsewhere until they've fixed the problem.
