I am highly impressed with the level of service I received. The owner and staff were extremely helpful. I was looking for items due to a death in the family. They had everything that I needed. Due to the level of service I received, I will definitely shop there again for other items. The level of service I received is nearly impossible to find. I highly recommend this store.

Decided to go to this store around 7:30pm on a Friday and it was closed. Well there was people shopping but the door was locked. All the years I have been shopping at this store I have never had this issue before. I will not be returning.

Good selection but it takes careful searching to find what you need. Most of the staff were friendly but one or two seemed irritated that customers came in.

They have a great selection of hair and beauty products !the main thing I would change about this establishment is the customer service !the staff isn't rude or anything I just feel like they can do better on assisting customers in finding products.instead of telling me a certain product is on isle 7.it would be better if you walked me to isle 7 and made sure I knew exactly where it was.this is a pretty large hair store so that is a bit frustrating to me.
