Charlotte is amazing!!! When I tell you it is the most relaxing experience I am not kidding. From the moment you walk into Pearl Essence you are welcomed and charlotte takes you back lets you get comfortable (on a heated bed) and then starts the facial. When you leave you will feel relaxed and rejuvenated.

Jaylyn and the team are just such sweet hearts and make you feel so comfortable. Have gotten done sugar waxing with her for almost 3 years now and she has never failed to make me feel so comfortable and makes the process of sugar waxing quick and easy! From the moment you walk in to checking out service all around is a 10/10! Very professional, clean, friendly and personable.

I have been getting custom facials from Jaylyn for over a year now. She is super knowledgeable and always answers all my questions. I always walk away feeling refreshed and pampered. She also has special facials for those who want to look extra vibrant on their special day (wedding or graduation). Jaylyn also carries top of the line skincare products that are reasonably priced. There’s no one else I trust with my eyebrows! Jaylyn is absolutely amazing and so open to feedback. I’ve been getting my brows waxed by her for a little over 3 years and she kills it every time. I also convinced my boyfriend to get his brows done and he loves how natural and clean they look. I’ve also gotten facials, derma-planing and other wax services from her and she’s just amazing overall. So sweet, patient and kind, definitely recommend checking her out!
