A few years back, I stopped by this place and was impressed with the fragrance selection—they had a solid lineup comparable to big retailers like Belk, Kohl's, and Sephora. Prices were on par, too, which was a bit of a letdown. Sure, at the time (not sure if they do now), they offered a $10 discount on $100 purchases, but with taxes factored in, it hardly feels like a deal worth writing home about.

The first time I visited, the gentleman running the store was polite and friendly. But on my second visit, when I came in to grab a couple of fragrance oils instead of splurging on pricier items, his demeanor seemed to change. Apparently, dropping a casual $17 doesn’t earn you "VIP status" in his book.

I haven't been back since then as I've found better deals online—minus the side of attitude if I’m not feeling like a big spender that day. Also, I don't live in Montgomery anymore!

Bottom line: the store has a nice selection, and the location is convenient, but if but if you want service with a smile, be prepared to pay for it.

NOTE: This is all based on my personal experience from 3 or so years ago. Not trying to bash or insult anyone, I'm just someone who picks up on subtle cues and body language easily and the energy I got from the folks there my second visit was a bit off. Things may be different now.

Very friendly shop owner. Has a great selection of incense. Carries smell alike oils of cologne and perfumes at a fraction of the cost. He says his essential oils are all natural. I'm not sure what the truth in that is seeing as the oils are (appear) house made. They smell fantastic at any rate.

Overprice perfumes and colognes the roller ball for the oils have the plastic ball that makes it hard to distribute the oils. the store have varied selection that was really overpriced with most products.
