I had delivery in this store arrived 9 pm the lady was so nice told me I can park on the dock.
Next day old guy who work at warehouse showed up checked in he said working on it disappeared for another one and half hour start unloading at 9:45 took him 2 hours to unload 8 pallets got out around 12 pm

I booked a grooming appointment, made arrangements 24 hours in advance, it was accepted by stylist Barbara, then the morning of, when we were already driving into town, it was cancelled. Not only that, it didn’t rebook for the next day or any time soon, but a week later. All I got was an email even though they have my phone number on my account for texting updates. I walked into the store to find the groomer closed. I’d recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Terrible experience with this Sheridan location! Booked another grooming appointment with this location over two hours in advance; my Belgian Malinois, and I walked to the store in the snow only to get turned away service after waiting 15 minutes in the grooming office to even being acknowledged. The associate decided she had better things to do with her time than to "deal" with a Belgian Shepherd. This is multiple bad experiences with this store; in the past prior I paid for grooming services that were not fully received.

Need a training collar for barking. Floor person was snotty saying we don't sell those. They don't work! Showed me choke chain collars instead.
When I pointed to the locked glass case displaying what I wanted, again, they don't work. Must have just come in last nite. Again, they don't work!
Went to check out. Mentioned to clerk what happed. Same story!
As neither workers said they are dog trainers, they are a major turnoff from me ever going into THAT store for help.
I've had dogs for 60 years. They right training aid, done right, works well! Case in point, 1 day, no problem with barking, training done. Safe and humane training aide!

They are courteous and very polite! I truly enjoy getting new fish from there the staff is extremely knowledgeable!! And Beth is phenomenal she always has a smile and is ready to help!
