I like to do reviews because I do. So I googled the closing time. And I rushed down only to see the young man hurrying to close 10 minutes before the closing time. The closing time says 6:50pm. So let’s do that. I was really hoping to grab something. I did get off work late. I post so others know. As I am a review individual. And mind you he was out the door at 6:48 pm. How If you close at 6:50pm.i don’t correct me if I’m wrong. I apologize. But come on.

It was my first time here and it will be my last.
This place has really horrible service. On Wednesday, Jan 17, 2024, at around 12:45 p.m. , I went in with my friend (it's the first store my friend visited she had come from Mexico). I was looking for a wig to purchase for an event I had going on.
Mind you, it was going to be the first wig I purchased. So the experience wasn't so good as I had hoped.
I was trying on a few wigs just on top of my head. I didn't even try them on completely. When this lady had walked up to us and told us that we couldn't try them on. She didn't even say it in a nice way. To which I told my friend, "Instead of offering help or assisting us, she just came up to us in a rude manner."
I told my friend, "Now I don't even want to buy anything."
The lady had said out loud, "we already know you ain't gonna buy anything."
My friend and we just proceeded to leave everything we had in our hands and left.

Please spend your money elsewhere this place isn't really worth the time. We hadn't really done anything (in our opinion) for her to come up to us and tell us what she said in a rude manner.

Right when I walked in I was greeted by the employees. I came here to buy my girlfriend makeup and hair products, I didn’t know what the best products were so I asked for help. Isabel helped me with everything, she is the best. The store is very organized and clean.

I’ve never been treated so poorly, I just wanted a nice wig & was expecting to drop 6-700 on a human hair lace front but you know what the manager couldn’t be bothered with helping me she was so occupied by her phone that every time I asked to see something she had major attitude, I was refused service after asking her why she was being so rude to me.

I appreciate the people here. They are very knowledgeable and helpful and fun to be around. They also have more colors with the braiding hair section and other things the other supplies don't have.

The two female workers there are great. They are always helpful and courteous. I liked this store because they do carry lots of different items and chances are they have what you're looking for. However, after today I will not be back. I bought two packs of hair dye right before they closed. In the rush I realized I bought the wrong color. I came back the next day after work and explained to one of the owners (I'm assuming) my mistake. She wouldn't exchange them and said it was store policy. Also the policy on the receipt was unclear. Now I can understand if it was something unsanitary or if you couldn't tell if a product was used, but this was not the case. Everything is sealed. I've spent so much money at that store and I didn't even want my money back. I understand policies, but customer service should trump some policies. I will happily spend my money somewhere else where I'm valued as a loyal customer.

This is my go-to beauty supply in the area. They have a wide variety of beauty products, hair and makeup. Whenever I want to switch up my style, I go here looking for inspiration. The prices are reasonable. The ladies who work here are always nice and helpful. Nobody has ever followed me or bothered me. I've been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. Also, they have a rewards program for purchases.
