This was my first visit and I was impressed with the welcoming environment. From the front desk, to the nurse, to the Doctor, everyone was friendly and professional. They show respect for patients by being on time! The doctor was thorough and took the time to answer all my questions. She even had a surprise for me. She said my skin looked good but my dog has fleas...she found one of those ugly little buggers attached to me! Saved me a vet visit 🙂 I have confidence in Dr Carroll-Chen and I'm happy to have found 'my' dermatologist.

I waited in an empty waiting area for over 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. The woman who escorted me to exam room 4 was condescending after we entered. She made me feel like there was something wrong with ne, and when I said I was fine, she gave me a very stern hard look as though she didn't believe me. She then asked what I wanted examined when the purpose of the visit was a total body check. She made me very uncomfortable.

Very happy with the care from Pinnacle Dermatology . I'm treated like a patient, they show genuine concern. The practice I used to go to made me feel like a number, run through like a production line, always promoted services I didn't ask for. Received many emails for cosmetic services.
Dr Salmon made me feel at ease the first visit. He is through, personable and efficient. And has yet to promote other services.

I have been to many dermatologist over the years and I can’t recommend Pinnacle Dermatology strongly enough. Very timely, professional and personal. And Dr. Chen is simply amazing. She cares about her patients and takes the time to listen and evaluate. If you are looking for your next dermatologist Dr. Chen should be the one.

New Patient, first time visit. Office was comfortable, clean, spacious and welcoming. Reception and Medical Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Appointment started on time. Medical Staff was also very professional and competent. Couldn't really ask for more. Glad Dr. Carroll-Chen was available.

Dr Salmon is always thorough, honest and professional. He has done biopsies on my face and did a very good job. Both my husband and I are very pleased with his care.
