Krystal and her staff do a wonderful job. I was seen and had two concerning places removed from my neck area. The procedure was pain free, I had results quickly, and the sites healed very nicely. Krystal and her staff at Pinnacle are fantastic! As someone who has frequented this clinic for years, I can honestly say I don't know what my skin would look or feel like without them. From keeping a close watch on my moles to managing hormonal breakouts, Krystal and her staff have helped me keep my skin healthy and young. We waited for 20 min out side the door,had to call twice to be let in.
The receptionist was very unprofessional and rude. I felt like my children and I were being discriminated, because my children have medicaid.
Our Dr. faxed referral information and medical information to their office. The receptionist said she never received it. We waited for an hour just to be told that they couldn't be seen today after having referrals for 1:00 and that we'd have to reschedule.
