Terrible. Had all intentions to make a purchase. But, man, this one guy - tall, male with a beer belly, had such a bad attitude and was very judgmental; his condescending remarks are not appreciated at all, which ultimately led me to take my business elsewhere and considered another brand instead.

Racist store . Employees watch you as soon as you walk in profiling, and make you feel uncomfortable by bothering you multiple times asking if we need help . They are rude, do not answer simple questions that we did ask, will not be coming back to this store. If you are African American I’d advise you not to go to this store.

I agree with these reviews about the staff. They definitely profile you as soon as you walk in the door. It was obvious. They start talking over their little radios. And even better. They didn't stop until I dropped $500 in merch on the counter to buy. Then the retarded broad had the audacity to get on her radio behind the cash register to announce all clear(i don't remember exactly what she said). I did look over my shoulder and notice 2 employees not far behind me accept the call over the radio. It definitely felt like they were surrounding me.
Oh. And one other thing. It seemed that they were avoiding helping me to see if I was going to steal something. I spend a lot of money at that store. Well. I use to.

I visited the store on October 4th, 2023, and had a disappointing experience. Despite the store being empty and me walking past the male staff member many times while looking for an item, I didn't receive any assistance during my visit. What was particularly frustrating was that, upon the arrival of another customer, the same male staff member promptly offered him help the moment he came into the same area I was in. It was baffling to see such a stark contrast in service - I sincerely hope this had nothing to do with race though it seems to corroborate some other bad reviews. Only after he offered help to the other customer did I realize he was a staff member. However, I must mention that the male cashier and the female staff at the dressing room were good.

I hope the management really looks into the multiple accounts of poor customer service coming from seemingly the same male staff member.

Staff is A-1, and their selection is broad. The sales are worth the visit. Especially if you're a big and tall guy, the sales are really, really worth it. Joining their email and text program is also with it on top of the additional discounts the store already offers.

I am a customer who made a purchase at least 2-3 times a month. However I am not planning to shop it here anymore. The only reason is the attitude of an employee named Brandon (He usually standing next to Purple label section). Yesterday when I grabbed one of the coat from the Purple label, he looked me and said that it won't fit guys like you. I thought I heard wrong, so I smiled back at him. Second approach was made when I grabbed one of the bike (Sporty) looking jacket from the Purple label section. It fitted me but he came and stand right next to me and said can you zip it? I looked him, and he told me that the length of the jacket is short on me. What's funny was that he won't say anything to other tall & chubby customers, but he only kept irritates me (I do not want to believe he is a racist, but he acted like one). Please do not hire an employee who is judging other's by colors or body types. It is so disgusting that this thing could happen at some local outlet malls in year 2023.
