Wonderful overnight trip to Pomona Spa and Lodge. Mother’s Day trip with my daughter. Awesome experience in the Salt Cave, Massages by Ashley and Liza, lunch at the Cafe onsite and an overnight stay in Lodge #1. Relaxation at its finest. The only negative is the bad odor from the sulphur water when we took showers. But that’s nature! We will be back!

It was a really cute place. We made reservations for the salt cave. We booked online and the process was super easy. They started on time and it was so relaxing for 45 minutes. You definately come out of there refreshed! I highly recommend.

The cafe is pretty cute. We brought a picnic lunch and sat there after the salt cave. We did buy a snack from the cafe.

One note: If you have difficulty walking or are handicapped, drive past the entrance and you will see handicapped parking. I did not know about that and I use a cane and it’s a pretty steep hill up on stepping stones or the stairs.

We did a ladies spa day and it was excellent. Sheila, warmly welcomed us and checked us in. We started with a salt cave/ halotherapy session.

Then, a trip to the cafe for smoothies, until it was time for our package session- foot soak, reflexology, head treatment, and a snack of hummus.

Tessa was an amazing therapist and I feel fantastic.

Great spa with a friendly professional staff. I indulged in a foot soak, massage, and salt cave visit. I have had several messages, and Amanda did an amazing job. She took her time and listened to what I thought I needed. She worked out the stress, and I felt so much better afterward. I will come back to this spa when I'm in the area.

Purchased the Blue Ridge Bliss package & received my massage from Tessa. The spa is so cute! The package was a phenomenal value. Every part of the process was carefully done for maximum relaxation. It started with the salt room, followed by a foot soak and scrub with a snack, then a scalp massage and hair treatment, then a hot stone massage. Before going in, I wondered how anyone could ever fall asleep during a massage. Now I know. Tessa did such a wonderful job! Somehow she managed to make the massage feel incredibly relaxing while also feeling like she was working out any knots and tension I had. Never once did it hurt and I felt so relaxed during and after. Hands down the best massage of my life. Highly recommend!

The Salt Cave and Spa is by far an experience you don't want to miss out on. If you are looking for a perfect getaway where you can relax, rejuvenate and restore, I highly recommend it. This place supersedes all the luxury spas I have been to in the Big Apple (NYC). From the staff to the owners to the food, spa amenities, gift store and lodging, you will not be disappointed. I wish I could've spent more time to have more treatments, but there will definitely be a next time...soon!
