We stayed here for a rest during our drive to the East Coast. The room was clean and it had a okay cleaning smell. We liked having the in-room amenities. I think all the hotels in this area are overpriced because the visitor is basically captured. There's no where else to stay for miles, therefore room prices are high and service is just okay. My BIG DISLIKE with this pricey room was the shower drainage. The drainage was so slow that I had water up to my ankles within the time of a short shower. My son had to wait about 30 minutes for the water to drain, then we rinsed the tub, let it drain again before he showered. This caused us a delay on getting an early start that morning. For the cost of this room, I expected everything to work correctly. Oh..one last thing, the bathroom is very small so don't expect a normal hotel size bathroom.

This spot was clean! The room card system seems updated and works easily. The room was nicely kept with a nice bed. It was quite spacious and having a bunk bed added would be great for a family.

The water gets hot quickly and the water pressure throughout was good. Parking was easy and we saw a pool that'd be nice in, not winter.

It's a breeze to get into town and to Jackson Hole ski area. Though I didn't find a shuttle service, so we drove into town.

Well done.

Wonderful! I have been traveling around the country for a little over a week now. This room is BY FAR the best place I have stayed in! I love the full kitchen! It has been nice to cook something that’s not out of a microwave! The bed was wonderful and I slept wonderful for the first time since I’ve left home! Waking up to the mountains was beautiful as well!

We had such a wonderful experience! Our RV broke down and decided to book a motel for a a couple of days. The owner and his wife took great care of us, recommended restaurants and even found us a mobile mechanic!! They were great! We were able to walk to places or just drive a short distance to get items. We did laundry while we swam in the heated pool at night and it was safe, clean, and I would recommend this place to anyone!

We stayed in at the Pony Express Motel and had an amazing experience. Clint was super fantastic, from the moment we checked in until we returned our key! We stayed in a condo that was fully stocked with kitchen supplies and a full sized fridge, not to mention the unit was spotless. The decor was spot on with the Jackson vibe. Very welcoming. We will absolutely be staying here when we come back and have already recommended friends! Side note - Google lists the pool as heated, which it may be, but is not during the winter months. Looks very much like an ice skating rink! Clint was very accommodating - he found us a great location to hot tub regardless! We left very happy.

We stayed in a condo style room. The sheets appeared clean and the beds were actually comfortable. That is the good news. Now for the bad news. The condition of the room was poor. Don't trust the pictures on the website, they must have been taken 30 years ago. There was a hole in the curtain over the sliding glass door that everyone walks in front of and a hole in the closet door. The end tables in the bedroom and the rocking chairs were all scratched up. The toilet had so much milage on it the paint was worn off the toilet seat. The flooring (carpet and linoleum) have seen better days. Rooms are not well lit. We had the opportunity to kill several bugs in the rooms (not bedbugs but other types like ants, etc.). There were old mattresses stored on the outdoor walkway next to our room. We booked the room less than 2 weeks before we arrived. Per their policy you cannot get a refund if you cancel your reservation less then 2 weeks from your stay. This is the only reason we stayed... felt kind of trapped without the ability to get a refund. I wanted to leave as soon as I saw the room! It could be a decent place if someone put some effort into it. At this point I will NEVER stay here again. There are many better hotels in the area.

Stayed as a late honeymoon. The accommodations are dated but well maintained & clean. We requested a refresh on our room on day 3 of our one week stay & they went above & beyond with cleaning & restocking. We also utilized the guest laundry which was a great amenity to have. I highly recommend Staying with them on any trip to Jackson Hole.

We spent two nights here as it was the most affordable among other places ( $450 in total ). At first it looks a cute motel, as we entered the room it smelled like old mixed with laundry detergent. The room had one queen bed and two other beds that were on top of one another. The bathroom was small, pretty tight, the door was not closing properly, the sink was plugged...honestly not worth it over $200 per night. I wander how much effort they put to clean especially now during this Pandemic. It had a TV, fridge and microwave. The walls are thin, you can pretty much hear through, especially when someone is walking. We were at the first floor. What is great is that it is right across from Albertson and right by the gas station , and only 10 minutes away from Teton Village.
