Terrible service they had my mom waiting for so long & even had started working on other people that arrived after us. My nails in the pictures are dip powder nails that I paid $40 for!! It hasn’t even been 24 hours since I got these done & they lifted & chipped! I do not recommend this place way over priced for such terrible work

Being new to the area, I found Pretty Nail Spa fairly close and convenient. Decided to give it a try. I have mostly loved everything they’ve done for me. Did get the new lady on a pedicure and got poked - other than that one time it’s been great. Ann takes good care of my Mother and me. I took a picture in and told her if it wasn’t perfect it’d be fine. Very happy with the end result.

I am not one to write reviews. In fact this may be the only one I’ve written on Google. Do not…I repeat do not go here. I went here to get some Fourth of July nails. They seemed fine enough when I got them. Nothing special. But after the first week I was in so much pain. I could barely touch anything. So I called a different nail salon and they ended up taking the nails off. Underneath the acrylics one of the nails was hanging by a thread. There were 3 others that were also filed down almost to my skin. The guy at the different nail salon WOULDNT EVEN PUT ON NEW ACRYLICS OR GELS OR ANYTHING THAT HAD TO DO WITH MY NAILS. I have to wait until they grow out in order to get anything done again. Worst nail experience ever. Like painful. Don’t go here. Oh and the girl’s name is Katie, (in case you are thinking of going here) at least don’t go to her.

Local, and I’d say very convenient!
I went in on a whim for a mani/pedi to my nearest salon! Being very hesitant after reading reviews, but I took my chances! Great location downtown Brighton, clean environment and new equipment throughout the salon with a great welcoming. Quick, thorough and with attention to detail! With a just the basic pedicure and manicure 💅🏼 I leave happy and satisfied enough to return and leave my review! I would definitely recommend visiting and form your own opinion.

Pretty nail spa is my all time favorite place to go. Lynn, Kim and Michael are my all time favorite. They take their time doing your nails amd they do it exactly how you want them. Its so clean and organized. Such a friendly and relaxing environment. I highly recommend this place for all your manicure and pedicure needs.
