I went in there. I had to wait a little bit, but everybody was very nice and helpful. The doctor was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and then it had infection and she pulled it out. I have been on antibiotics. I didn’t even feel her pull it out They were very welcoming and treated you like family and while doing their job, I learned a lot. There’s a lot of new stuff.

My first time at Pronghorn family Dentistry. Kelly the receptionist was very pleasant and easy to talk to and explained to me very well what would take place and then after. Did not take me long to start my consultation. Stacy ask why I came in , and then started to do what she needed to do. And also explain to me a matter of things that I could do with getting dentures or other things that I might need. And then Catherine the dentist came in and looked at my teeth and explained to me what needed to be done. Everybody was really professional and listened and is concerned. After being told I could have a tooth removed, I showed up for the appointment just to be told that they may or may not be able to remove the tooth but I could find out for 250$. I booked this appointment on an emergency basis and I feel I was scammed in the form of a sneaky bait conversation just to get me in the office. Now I’ve wasted time on a scam instead of getting help. Thank you guys so much for prolonging my pain in an attempt to make money.
