Like most publix locations it's always clean organized and very very accommodating. I appreciate most that like my restaurant the meat department has a 100% health score with lovely attendants behind the counter. It is well managed I get all steaks cut fresh on the spot. Loce this level of Customer Service. Sales are definitely worth the trip. Only reason I gave it 4 starts i stead of 5 is because they sell you fat at the EXACT same price as meat...in other words...i was told they are not allowed to trim off the multiple inches of fat because it would indeed decrease the price. Just seams a bit I'm unethical to me to sell me something we both know is going in the trash at the exact same price as my quality steak purchase because com'on Publix who's out here eating inches of fat? Fix it! I spend thousands there a month. But for such a small store it's well stoked and well maintained.

First time visiting a Publix. And on the day BEFORE THANKSGIVING! Really impressed with how well stocked they were. Lots of attentive and helpful staff. Clean and easy to navigate! Nice selection of vegetarian options to choose from.
It's a little out of my way for a daily grocery store option but will enjoy visiting from time to time!

Let me just start by saying I love Publix as a whole. I love their great customer service, their clean store, their sales every week, but mostly I love their great seafood section they have. Which brings me to my issue. I went to Publix in Millbrook yesterday and got a pound of shrimp and a pound of scallops. When I got home I opened the bag of scallops and immediately could smell they had gone bad with that familiar bad fishy and ammonia smell and they had a creamy film on the scallops. I've eaten seafood enough to know that means not to eat them. I immediately called the seafood department and they told me to bring them back to customer service. I drove back, brought them to customer service, and they refunded my money. My issue isn't that the scallops were bad. That happens. My issue was that neither the customer service person nor the seafood department person did anything to ensure the rest of the scallops were removed from the display in the seafood counter. The customer service person didn't call back to seafood to tell them, hey your scallops need checked, we just had someone bring them back. And when I went back to get more shrimp after I got my money back for the scallops, I saw that the bad scallops were still on display for someone else to buy who might not realize they've gone bad. I'm not a finicky eater who overly worries about food but bad seafood isn't something to play with. It could kill someone and the fact that two different employees, one that is in charge of the seafood, couldn't care less about the safety of the food they're serving is unacceptable. I hope this reaches someone at the store and they take this seriously.

Sure Walmart can be cheaper. But, Walmart's "self-checkout"..... Lines are long and there are always so few people to help you if the machine freaks out. Publix on the other hand could be busy but, no matter how busy it is, I've always been able to get in and out. It is always clean and the selection is higher quality. The meat section is a dream. The deli is Devine. 10/10 Publix so happy to have one so close to where I live.

Very clean and staff are very friendly! Each department seems to be very well stocked. I like the convenience of this store, plenty of buggy returns in the parking lot and really like that the spots are slanted. Much easier to get in and out.

I love using Publix especially when it comes to ordering birthday cakes, however I will NOT be using this location in the future. One of the ladies is extremely rude, we were a few minutes early picking up the cake and she got an attitude saying “it’s not due until 12”. That’s not customer service.

I stood at the deli counter waiting for assistance, trying to get someone's attention. They looked at me but did not acknowledge me, so I stood there and waited some more, but they still didn't acknowledge me so I gave up and walked out.Very poor service.
